FIX: 'Telnet' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Error Detail:

'Telnet' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

FIX

Open "Control Panel"

Click "Programs"

Turn windows features on or off and click OK.

Check "Telnet Client" and click OK.

Again, test telnet on cmd.exe and Succesfully.
