Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the LangPad mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
LangPad lets you create word lists, study vocabulary, and take quizzes. No account is required. Features may be updated or removed over time.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App
- Redistribute, sell, or rent the App or its content without permission
- Abuse the service or overload it with automated tools
3. Your content
Words, meanings, and lists you add remain yours. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harmful content. We may terminate access if you violate these terms.
4. Intellectual property
The App, UI, branding, and documentation belong to the developer. Third-party libraries are subject to their own licenses.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for backing up your data; use export features if available.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
7. Third-party services
Services such as Firebase and (in the future) advertising partners have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes to those services.
8. Termination
We may end your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
